Experience Through Their Eyes

A special little gem hidden away. Almost feel guilty giving up the secret, but it is that good. This place in the top three Delis in the Wyoming valley. The food is made with love, the service is excellent, great atmosphere. I believe family owned as well. Not too far off the cross valley, stop and try it you'll love it. Repeat customer as much as possible.

This is a cute little cafe on a beautiful street, tucked away in a very nicely-kept neighborhood. The food was unique and delicious (especially the lemon velvet cake)!

"Where Troubles melt like Lemon Drops," as it states on the wall. The small cafe is a little difficult on the parking side and there aren't many seats so it's not the best on a busy day. That being said, the interior is quaint, albeit chilly, so bring a jacket or a sweater. If you can overcome those obstacles, then your taste buds are in for a real treat. The tuna melt on Italian that I had was the perfect combo after the long hike we took this morning. I devoured the sandwich and the macaroni that came with it. Now, while that was mouthwatering good....it was not the best part! Lemons remind us that even sour moments can turn into something sweet. The lemon cake that is sold here is exactly the lemon zest that one is looking for in life! It was sweet and yet light on the tongue. In addition, we took home some lemon bars that added to our sweet treats. I highly recommend this hidden gem. Go treat your tongues!

I had the turkey and cheese panini. It was excellent. Bacon and Chipotle mayo. The panini was thin and not doughy. The side of macaroni salad was also very good, not too much mayo. I ate it all! It is very small indoor and seating was tight. Very nice decor.

We ordered lunch today from the Lemon Drop. Had the cod special with Manhattan clam chowder. Our first experience there. Picked up the meals in front of the shop. A sweet girl brought them out to us. The food was excellent! Actually more than we could eat. We will definitely order from there again!
